Yogurt smoothie mix, wholesale
For smoothie shops, juice bars, gyms and cafes. For 2 servings, blend 150 g of Pumjil powder, 200 ml of whole milk and 2 scoops of ice (12 oz scoop). You get a thick, tangy yogurt smoothie without stocking fresh yogurt. Add fruit for flavored smoothies, smoothie bowls and protein drinks.
Each bag makes about 20 twelve-ounce smoothies, or about 200 per case.
Bubble tea yogurt powder
Mix a batch of yogurt base and keep it at the station. Use it for yogurt bubble tea, yogurt milk tea, fruit yogurt drinks and slushes, or anywhere your menu calls for yogurt. The tart, clean flavor works well with fruit teas, mango, strawberry and taro.
Frozen yogurt and soft serve yogurt mix
Empty one bag into a container, add 1 gallon of fat-free milk and 3 liters of water, blend until smooth and pour it into any soft-serve machine. Each bag makes about 60–65 five-ounce servings. See the frozen yogurt mix instructions.
